About the show - It's a Wonderful Life

No one is a failure who has friends. Meet Clara, a second-tier angel desperate to earn her wings by doing good deeds, and the man she chooses to save: George Bailey, a down-and-out businessman ready to leave this world behind. Based on Frank Capra’s beloved film, this timeless story of second chances debuts just in time for the holiday season. Come to witness the magic as Clara sets out to change George’s life in this high-flying spectacle.

What to expect

Doors open at 6:30 PM sharp at the War Memorial Opera House (301 Van Ness Avenue San Francisco, CA 94102-4509) for a pre-mixer and Q/A with the legendary composer Jake Heggie. Includes a complimentary glass of champagne. Eat before you come!

The mixer is located in the Intermezzo Lounge, which is located on the 2nd level (Box Level) on the south side next to the gift shop!
